When will my order be ready?

  • Most orders have a 2-week production after they are placed. 

You will receive an email with pick-up instructions (if you selected the delivery option of Pick Up) or with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

  • If this is a school or organization order, please refer to the instructions on your organization's shop page for deadlines and delivery information.  If you have any questions please contact us

  • If you have a large custom order that requires additional time you will be emailed with an estimated completion date within 24 hours of placing your order.​

How do I wash my garments?

You can keep your garments looking brand new by following these washing instructions:

  • Turn garment inside out

  • Machine wash cold

  • Do not use bleach

  • No fabric softeners

  • Do not dry clean

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Do not iron

How do I care for my vinyl items like tumblers, wine glasses, etc.?

Follow these steps to keep your vinyl long lasting:

  • Hand wash only with soap and water

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Do not soak

  • Do not microwave

I bought a vinyl decals or labels.  How do I apply them?

Applying vinyl is easy!  Just follow these simple steps below.

  1. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let dry completely.​

  2. Place the decal face down and peel off white paper.  

  3. Carefully place the decal on the surface.

  4. Using a card, smooth out and press decal in place.

  5. Slowly remove clear plastic tape.

  6. Let decal cure for 2-3 days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the items arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, it must be communicated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for consideration.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
