What’s the turnaround time for custom orders?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–16 business days, though turnaround times may vary depending on the specific instructions for your Custom Store. Larger bulk orders, specialty items, or products requiring additional customization may take longer based on order size and production requirements.
If you have a specific deadline or need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
Do you have order minimums?
No! We can fulfill both small and bulk orders.
White Label Stores
How do I create a personalized web store for my team or business?
Contact us to get started! We offer free store setup with a minimum annual sales of $1,000.
How long do white-label stores remain open?
This depends on your needs! Some stores are permanent, while others are seasonal.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

✔ Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping and processing costs.

Yes! Customers in Austin can select free local pickup at checkout.
What are the shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package at checkout. School delivery is also available for local schools.
How do I keep the custom apparel looking fresh?
Follow these care guidelines:
✔ Turn the garment inside out before washing
✔ Machine wash cold with like colors
✔ Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
✔ Do not use fabric softeners
✔ Do not dry clean
✔ Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
✔ Do not iron directly on the design
